There are some major changes in 2.64, the current but not the default version of the Google Maps API.
As currently written, 2.64 breaks PdMarker based maps.
There are issues relating to messages and positioning which I hope to resolve sometime soon.
If Google sets 2.64 as the default release, I suggest you request version 2.63 for the time being.
This involves setting v=2.63 in your javascript include of the GMap code.
