As currently written, 2.64 breaks PdMarker based maps. There are issues relating to messages and positioning which I hope to resolve sometime soon. If Google sets 2.64 as the default release, I suggest you request version 2.63 for the time being. This involves setting v=2.63 in your javascript include of the GMap code.
